BACKGROUND OF TECHNOLOGY

Teaming up with Dr. Peter Schwartz of Cal Poly and the nonprofit Quail Springs, we are working towards developing a fully functional solar-powered kitchen.  Utilizing diode chains and highly insulating materials, we can create hot spots similar to that of a stove.  Therefore, with the decreasing costs of solar panels, accessibility and efficiency are bound to improve healthy living.
